I love working with women to empower them to heal themselves and journey through the portal of womanhood, pregnancy, birth, and motherhood. I wanted to make sure that what I put on my body was good for me, my baby, and the planet. During the postpartum recovery with my second child, I found steaming. I only wish I’d had such a revitalizing healing tool available to me earlier. It would have helped minimize the length of my labors, improve the elasticity of my pelvic floor, and shorten my healing time postpartum. With steaming, I have been able to tap into my feminine power in a way I never had before. I have healed my womb and now experience the easiest menstrual cycles I have ever had in my life. Instead of fighting my body every month, I have learned how to live in tune with my cyclical nature, honoring the goddess within me.
